Short Profile GBB-Rating

GBB-Rating Gesellschaft für Bonitätsbeurteilung mbH (GBB-Rating) is an independent external rating agency specialised in the financial services sector. GBB-Rating was established in 1996 by the Auditing Association of German Banks (Prüfungsverband deutscher Banken e.V., Cologne) and has since been conducting ratings for companies, primarily within the financial services sector. At the same time, GBB-Rating conducts the mandatory classification procedure for all member institutions on behalf of the Auditing Association of German Banks (Prüfungsverband deutscher Banken e.V.) and prepares the required admission rating for banks seeking membership in the Deposit Protection Fund (please refer to Gbb-rating.eu for more details).
